This is the post excerpt.

I am a sociologically informed feminist criminologist.  I specialize in research relating to legal or regulatory responses to problems, particularly those that disproportionately affect women. In my research, I explore ways to provide alternative forms of justice, broadly defined.

I have done work about:

Restorative justice                       Specialized courts               Sexual and domestic violence    “Rape culture”                            Criminal Harassment            The politics of crime control                Domestic violence policies and intervention programs

My work is oriented toward policy development and changing systems or organizations.

I do empirical research. I dabble in diverse methods, qualitative and quantitative, and am increasingly moving toward narrative and participatory approaches.

My Curriculum Vitae (CV): CV academic MARCH 2017-
